Unfriendly and unprofessional. My poor friend was trying to be kind but a worker was nasty to her when her hair didn’t look the way she wanted after dropping 100’s of dollars.. hair is what makes a woman feel most confident most of the time and its not okay to treat a customer the way she was treated.... word of mouth travels far. Think about that next time. Edit: oh and just to add something, one of the first things you should learn in cosmo school is to give your client REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS. For example: You can’t lift a clients hair from black to silver in one day and if you say you’re going to deliver, you put yourself in that situation. Don’t whine and cry when you get bad reviews about professionalism and customer service skills if you’re the one who did it to yourself..

Cassie has done my hair for a few years. She has helped with smoothing, color correction, and bleaching. Shes always helpful and doesnt stop until I'm happy with my hair.

Love this place! I have been looking for a place to not only do great things with my beauty needs but also that has a good air about the place, that I feel comfortable going, and let me say I have found that in this place. Thanks guys
