I went there at 5.05pm so roughly an hour before they close at 6pm. They had only one guy waiting for haircut whose turn was up when I arrived. The staff first directed me to check in and then asked me to leave and come another day with one roughly hour still to go before close. It says on a big board at the entrance "no wait" and no appointment necessary. In my experience, staff cost cutters nearby and Borcis have been extremely friendly as opposed to my experience at Hair Cuttery. The apology wasn't sincere by any means as it was followed by arrogant denying service. Cant tell if it was a racist response on behalf of the staff or they are simply lazy and don't care about customers.

Woodie was very experienced. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a great haircut. He is a great hair stylist and I recommend him.

I brought my daughter here for a haircut. She loved getting her hair washed and cut. I loved that he helped us pick out a good conditioner for her and chatted with her while he was cutting it.
