The Korean lady who works here, Sophie, is very nice! Her English is not the best, but if you speak slowly, she will understand you. You will always leave with an efficient and well-done hair cut. Highly recommended!

Korean chain hair salon very popular in Korea. Excellent hairstyles, extremely good service, stylists are gentle and kind. You must be patient with the language barrier to appreciate this place, they certainly aren't fluent in English, but if you speak slowly with simple words, you can communicate. Make sure to bring pictures if you want a specific look as it will be difficult to make sure the stylist understands every detail through words. Great mood - clean and modern look, soft music playing in the background. I've gone to the place for 8 years now, never regretted it.

Great service! The hair stylist was very professional and gave realistic advice during consultation. She is also very well aware of the trend. Best place for hair cuts as well as hair coloring! Go to place for styling hair!

Went for hair straighting, the Lady was like pay me $200. Paid after spending 4 hours went back home. She gave me a complimentary hair shine after tipping to put good reviews on Google. After one wash as advised after 2 days saw underneath and from the front they are not straight. Went back and told her. Waited for 40 minutes and then was advised to come back over the weekend. Went back and she started complaining that I have long hair and i should have been charged more for it. I kept quiet as I'm not paying more for sure. Took another 3 hours and complained the whole time. After it's done washed my hair after 2 days, hardly any difference. I didn't want to go back again as she is applying more and more chemicals and on sectioned hair where she thinks is appropriate but nothing is working out instead my hair are more damaged in the end. My rootends look as if I need a haircut again. Men's haircut is what all she can do and she is so rude.
