What a joke! Went in for a haircut and there was no one else in the store and the girl looked me in the eye and said she was busy. Busy or lazy? Do not recommend this place!

I've had consistently good service with Dawn, so I recommend making an appointment. The other's can be hit or miss but have always been very friendly.

Dawn Young was wonderful. I took in photos of just what I wanted and that's is what I came out with. I went early. Only waited about 5 minutes. Great experience! I will go back next time!

I went to the one at Mattis Ave in Champaign, IL to get a short hair cut and highlights. The lady was nice, but my hair looks awful in the back! The tapering was half inch difference. I asked her to trim a little more but it was still the same. There was no point of getting her to fix it since I don't have enough hair anymore after all the cutting and trimming.
