Showed the hairstylist a picture of what I would like. It was just a picture of some simple bangs. She GLANCED at it for literally a second. Showed no interest of what I was trying to show her. I asked her twice if she needed to see the picture she said no. Ended up with a completely different hairstyle ....the haircut turned out ok. BUT IT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Please listen to your customers!! If you're uncomfortable doing the cut say so!!! Will not be returning here again unless shown sign of improvement.

Extremely unhappy! It was the first time my 4 year got his hair cut by anyone other than his normal stylist. The woman, Jacqueline, at Great Clips didn't even say one word to my son nor I... he was terrified of her and she did an awful job! Never going back!

Very disappointed on the hair cut. Doesn't know how to read the notes on the computer! They SUCK! I wouldn't recommend jacqueline as a hairstylest. Told to take two inches off took clearly way to much off!!

I've been to a lot of other locations and had great service but I needed to go and get a quick trim for a wedding tomorrow so I went to this small town one. Went there to get a simple trim for my undercut. The only thing needed cutting was my sides and told my stylist to leave the top alone. That is just about the only thing she did right. I asked to have a fade from a zero to a one right up to where my longer hair began. my fade is not a zero even though she said it was and she only took the one up and did not fade it well. Then, she didn't even try to get close to my longer hair and left long chunks all along my line. From far back in the chair I couldn't see these things. She never asked how I liked it. She never gave me a mirror to check it. She simply took my apron off and walked to the counter. I figured it was fine considering how SIMPLE my cut was. . . I was so wrong. So disappointing.
