I had a 3 pm appointment for highlight and cut. I didn't get in chair till 330. Why get an appointment to wait half hour? As I was getting my foil a girl walked in and asked if she could get 2 cuts for her and a child. Anna said come back at 5. I assumed I would be done by 5. She was still foiling me when they came back at 445. Anna cut both adult and child while I waited. I had also told Anna I had to go back to work. I was there till 610. I have never in my life spent over 3 hours to get a highlight and cut and she didn't style my hair. Only blow dry. She is very pleasant but will never be back. If you have a lot of time to waste then you should go there. You will be there a long time. It was ridiculous!!
