I will never go back there. They just don't care. 3 appointments were made 2 in the same month and all 3 were canceled with out even a sorry. The 3rd time blew my mind. When I explained to the manager that this was the 3rd time his exact nasty words were well what do you want me to do. Well he is should of offered to do it or offered some type of deal? But nope just a sorry lady I don't care about you or my job. Ulta or Jc Penny's I would recommend over blah work when they feel up to work. If they don't like dying hair so so don't waste our time.

Im very hesitant on getting my hair cut. I love it being long, just above my butt. So I usually only go every 3 years. I finally bit the bullet and went to have it trimmed. Unfortunately being way past due I lost a good couple feet. Thank goodness it'll grow back. But; loundes the girl who cut my hair was awesome!!! So sweet and nice. She cut it perfect and kept as much length as she could but also was able to get rid of all my dead ends. V'd in back with lengthy layers too just the way I like it I'm extremely impressed on how quick she cut but at the same time she was a perfectionist that made it extremely even. I've Been places that charge 10 times more for a 10 times more crappy job. This was well worth under a 20 dollar cut. I definitely recommend & will happily return probably before 3 years!!
