Skye has been cutting my hair for awhile now. She is the only one I will go to. She has been able to give me a fade better than anyone I have ever went to. Really enjoy the conversations as well. I recently found out she is now working at the Lakemoor Sport Clips location and will definitely be making that drive to get another amazing cut from Skye! I recommend her 10 out of 10!

Always have received a great hair cut here for a great price. They have added more services over time that make the experience just a little bit different than anywhere else for the money. I have had my hair cut by just about every stylist and never walked away disappointed.

Online check in sucks. Got there on time, checked in with kiosk, and then watched my name go farther down the waiting list? How do you go from being “on deck” to having a 29 minute wait?

They were busy on the Saturday before Easter. The lead person still managed to cheerfully greet incoming customers and guide them to the online appointment kiosk. My stylist, Sandra, listened to my request for a neat trim look. She was quick and and skillful. She neatened up my beard, eyebrows and gave me an appearance that got more than the usual Gor your haircut comments.

Really this review isn’t for the store as a whole, this review is really for Skye my stylist. She is absolutely fantastic. Not only does she take her time with your cut but she makes sure you are looking and feeling your best. I followed Skye from her old barber shop because she is simply the best. Customer service these days is a lost art and Skye taps into the meaning of excellent customer service every time I come to her with our great chats and I will NOT go to anyone else. Now the store as a whole is a chain and purely interested in being a machine with a revolving door getting customers in and out as quickly as possible, however it’s a shame they don’t have more people like Skye.
