I had my hair cut here today. Nothing wrong with the cut. But the shampooing, omigosh, I thought maybe she was trying to scrub a stain out of my scalp or something. Then when the comb didn't work she brushed and pulled through the tangles. She asked if I always lose this much hair. Yes but I usually am a little careful not to pull it out of my head especially when its less resilient because its wet. I should have spoke up and said something but I didn't. But you would figure they would know that some people have tender scalps

I got my hair cut here a year a go, I asked the stylist to thin a small area on the right side of my head just a tiny bit mind you. Well, she kept wacking and wacking it with the razor made a deep crater in my hair. They charge more than anywhere else in town. Never again
