Waiting to hear from vick

I came to great clips from a full service salon. I was hired with the information that I would receive training and assistance in achieving my haircut speed. I was a Stylist for a month and I never received anything they company promised me. Not to mention the inability to communicate with me in a professional manner. I am not going to be silent about this. Unfortunately this salon just hired someone. This franchises should not treat their customers as well as employees like this. I expected alot more then being lied to and extremely poor communication.

Michelle on Main St., Lombard is the BEST. She always makes this old dog look good. We have a great time visiting and catching up. I've been seeing her for years.

Sorry to say, had a bad experience today. Tanisha needs to remember she's in the customer service industry. not very helpful and kind of rude. other stylist was awesome.

Tanisha did a fantastic job and was very patient with me because I wasn't really sure what I wanted. She explained the pros and cons of the hairstyle I wanted and it turned out great!! Michelle has also cut my hair and she is also a wonderful hair stylist too. These ladies work really hard and are very much appreciated thank you!

My Mom went there this morning. She has shoulder length, thick curly hair. She went in to have it layered and she loves it. Tanisha was wonderful and did such a great job!!

Updating my review from a year ago. I went back here for a trim, nothing unusual. The young fellow who cut my hair spent less than 5 minutes on me and totally hacked my hair. He obviously didn't know what he was doing and now my hair is all uneven and looks horrible. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I'm very unhappy and disappointed because I used to enjoy going here.
