Don't come here to get your hair colored, went in with black hair left with black hair. I came in to get my hair colored from black to light brown, took almost 2 hours. After all that they said my hair was done and looked dark cuz it was wet. Didn't even dry my hair, told me it'll look lighter when it gets dry. Went home blow dried it myself and my hair was basically still black, not even dark brown 🙄

Horrible experience! Completely ruin my hair , just wanted a trim and layered, went from long to messed up short. Owner didn’t even care, offer to just give me a short hair cut. Why would I want to do that when I have long beautiful hair?? Owner was rude, stylist was obviously didn’t know how to cut hair. I wanted a trim layered V shaped. End up getting botched upside down V. If I can give this place a negative I would . Absolutely horrible and not nice!!

I would give a zero star rating if there is such option. I have been there a couple of times. The first time a male stylist helped me with hair cut. He almost burned my scalp when he used high heat to blow dry my hair to make a "beautiful shape". At least what I felt was this burning sensation in my scalp. This time (today) another male hair stylist helped me with the hair cut. i don't know if his style is being reckless or he is new there, but his scissors almost cut on my ear and i definitely feel pain on my face (close to my ear). And I told him not to use high heat when blowing dry my hair, he misunderstood what i said (his English is very poor) and didn't dry my hair at all. I talked with a friend at HMart and she told me the hair cut is not even, so I came back to Elle Hair, hoping that the stylist would fix it. But he was rude and arrogant and refuse to do that. My suggestion is: Save yourself some headaches and don't go there. If you feel you must go, AVOID THOSE MALE HAIRSTYLISTS!
