Mixed experience. I got my hair cut here and it was fine. My husband went to get a hair cut and got a 'buzz cut' instead!

Had a great experience here today, my 6 yr old got her very first hair cut, the young lady in there was so friendly and patient. I forgot her name but she told me she was filling in from the Winnebago location. Thank you to her!

Worse place to ever get your hair cut. Krystle didn't' listen to a thing i said then refused to fix it and was nothing but rude. Then in an attempt to get my money back i called corporate no response after three separate messages were left. Id rather go somewhere nice and pay 5X what i paid at that awful company.
