Went in for manicure based upon what the website described under manicure. Chose the gel color. Loved my color but that is all I got. No manicure as described on website.

Decided to treat my mom and daughter to a mani pedi. 2 staff were there to do the 3 of us which would have had us not near each other (We booked the appt weeks in advance. ) The whole experience seemed cheap and not the 120.00 experience I paid for. Our feet are still rough and polish didn't even cover all of our nails. I was warned before we went but my husband was treating and had prepaid on a gift card. We were clearly unhappy with the experience.

The first time I went here, my hair was done by Brooke and it turned out beautiful; however, the second time around they stuck me with some girl I never was with before. I told her I wanted blonde low-lights and she ultimately dyed my hair a dark red color. I was completely distraught and was basically trying to hold back tears. So, they ended up Bleaching my hair again and no joke pieces of my hair started falling out. So, they gave me 55.00 dollars off but that didn’t exactly help anything. It took over two years to finally get it back to normal. I was so embarrassed to come forward as a student but should have in order to save someone else from the same experience. I would highly suggest you make the trip back home to get your hair done. Otherwise, you may not have much of it left after this place!
