Jerri is amazing! She takes her time and does a great job. She is hip to the latest trends in cuts, style, and color. She convinces me to take risks and I am always well pleased with the outcome. Plus, she is always smiles.

I won't be going back. I came in with several reference photos of the same dye/cut job and wanted close tithe photos. The woman said insistently she gets boloyage all the time and could do it no problem neglecting to inform me that what I wanted from the photos wouldn't be able to get done within one visit and on top of that she didn't even try to get it close to the picture. I wanted blonde on the roots fading to my natural color (4 brunette) with a few high lights brought in and then a layered hair cut. She turned 80% of my hair orange the first time with no fade or high light and when I asked to be brought in to fix it she made me a complete blonde no fade or high light which wasn't what I wanted at all!! To top it off, the woman couldn't even do a layered cut and just blunt cut my hair in three places. She even charged me for the fixing! I have never been so ashamed of my hair and I have to live with it for a month so that my hair can heal and I can take it to a professional because this lady wasn't that! The only reason this wasn't 1 star is because she came in on her off day and stayed past closing, just wish it was worth all that.

Jerri is fantastic! She transformed my hair into an awesome pixie cut and we've had fun being creative with my hair ever since. Definitely go. And the prices are incredibly reasonable.

Amazing people. I have a child with Autism and Rich got her to sit still very fast. He talked to her and made sure she stayed calm. Since then we go back and everyone in my household gets cuts, trims, and even a shampoo and wash. Love this place.
