On Wednesday I went in to see how much I would be charged for box braids. Typically it cost 180 for standard size and length; however, I have a portion of my hair shaved off that would be left unbraided. I was told $160 and was given a sheet of paper to write my contact information on. Because of the price difference I made sure to write the price given to me on the sheet as well. Today at 930 I arrived for my appointment and when I sat in the chair I was told it would be $180 I then informed her that the woman standing across from me told me it was $160. She said she never told me that and would have never told me that and that I should be charged $200. Conveniently the sheet i was given to write the appointment on was nowhere to be found. She said she would charge me $170. I decided to leave. Now honestly $10 is no big deal to me, but this is the third time they have given me a higher price than originally given and I can no longer tolerate it. They did call me to come back several times but they shouldn’t have tried to get over on me and I will never go back. They have indeed lost a loyal customer.

I asked for two French braids and I got two French braids and a jar of the Brown pro-style gel in my head. Every time I scratch my head my nails turn Brown. Also I braids is high than the other

Poor customer service!! I walked in & was quoted $80 for crochet braids. I went & bought the hair, but when I sat in the chair I was told my hair was too short to French braid (which is untrue since I just took my sew-in out) & she'd do single box braids for $160. I returned my crochet hair so I'd have enough for the box braids, but then she asked how long I wanted it & upped the price to $220. Nonetheless, I said no thank you & went home. I get home & they were calling & texting trying to get me to go back...with no avail. I'll never deal with them again.

This is the worst set of senagalese twists I ever had, they are very sloppy. My braids are all different sizes and some of them are not twisted right. It took two people to braid my hair because the first giel clearly did not know how to braid. The girls that did my hair did not know how to incorporate highlights into the style. Also, for the service I got it took FOREVER, ten hours. The customer service is poor and the people at this shop are rude. I will NEVER go back here and I would not recommend them either. Also, my hair still hurts two days later. This is the WORST braiding experience I ever had. Very disappoinred in this service.
