Yehia & Co Hair Design salons are simply the BEST! I absolutely love the Stylists especially Yehia and Mohammad; their customer servicing and the entire staff's attention to detail! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

Made appt day before at 2pm, 4 people waiting before me when I arrived. What is the point on making an appt. Not sure why but very bad customer service.

Went to the salon in Hyde park. I thought I was in good hands because the owner was cutting my hair. However, I was in tears when he was done. I specifically told him I did not want my hair short but he chopped it all off anyway. He said he had to because my ends were bad. Regardless if they were or not, that is not his decision. He did not even discuss it with me, he just chopped it all off. There is no style to it either. I walked into his salon with beautiful long curly hair down the middle of my back and left out with short chopped off looking hair just above my shoulders. I am soooooooooo pissed and I want to sue. This is not right. Now I have to live with this until my hair grows back. Not fair!
