My daughter had her highlights done there. The stylist did a nice job and was very pleasant. So was another stylist who was helping her. The helping stylist told us my daughter can come after 6 weeks for complimentary glaze. I was surprised and when leaving I double checked with the receptionist that I understood correctly. Yesterday, I was there to have my hair done, and when I asked if I can call next day to schedule the complimentary glaze for my daughter a different receptionist assured me that yes. Today, I called to schedule it only to learn that I will have to pay for the glaze. Now, I haven't asked for getting anything for free at the first place - it was offered to me by the salon's stylist herself, and from the reaction of the receptionist I assumed that is something they do. Whoever is in charge in this salon should talk to the stylists not to promise things that they are not planning to deliver. It is very unprofessional and it makes their customers feel like fools.
