Everyone is very nice and they know what they are doing. They listen to the customers and do not put pressure on you to buy products. A great family haircut Salon.

I come here to get waxed fairly often. I usually go to Sarah or Kaylee and they're so good. They make sure to get all of the little hairs. I needed my eyebrows and lip waxed but everyone wad busy so I went to Britton. She brought me in didn't even talk to me while she was working. She's only did my eyebrows and still charged me for both. Then I realized she missed a lot of hair too. I will definitely still go here just won't see Britton again.

I have been going here for 7 years to Brittany for haircuts. The last few years have been harder and harder to book (she books out several MONTHS for haircuts). So recently, I booked with Britton, because she was open and I needed a haircut. Britton took only TEN minutes to cut my hair, and completely ruined it. She cut two uneven layers that looked like shelves in my hair and razor cut some of it. It was a very slapdash job and not even the style that I had asked for. My husband (who doesn't notice my hair ever) said, "whoa what happened to your hair? I could have done a better job," when I got home, because it was so bad. My coworkers and friends even noticed. One thought that my kid had accidentally cut my hair. I called to have another stylist fix it. They apologized and said they would, but no one could fit me in for weeks. They were too booked up and wouldn't make time for me. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed, and lost 5 inches more of hair to get it to look right. I am really disappointed that after being a regular customer for 7 years who tips well, that everyone was too busy to fix a problem that they caused. I am also disappointed that they continue to keep on stylists that do a bad job. Another friend went here recently and her stylist (Tiffany I think she said) only took 15-20 minutes as well, and felt like she was rushed in and out of there.
