The actual place is kind of cute. I like the way it's decorated. The employees think they know better than you about your own hair. Gave them 3 chances with me (hundreds of dollars) and I still have to pay hundreds more to fix my hair. 3 times, 3 times and still don't have the color or cut I asked for. I'm not asking to look like a model, but when you bring in pictures of the color you want (I was blonde when I 1st went there and asked for a specific darker color -so nothing like going from black to pink), and still don't have the color I want. When I have tried to contact the "boss" I get blown off and ignored. Maybe if the boss would have stepped up I wouldn't be looking at having to give my hair a complete (destroying) chemical bath now. I think most of the good reviews here are fake. Last time I left a woman was walking out crying. Don't go!! I have to warn you and everyone I can!!

Love Rockstar!!!! You won't leave disappointed. The staff is upbeat, stylish and approachable. You can tell everyone is on top of the latest techniques and know-how in beauty. I leave feeling like I got personal attention for me and my style - not leaving with the same hair cut and color as everyone else.

I love Rockstar Salon. Rachel, the owner is super nice and friendly. I love that they offer hot tea with their services. My colorist, Alyssa is awesome and always very friendly. I also love the superior Keune color products they use on my hair. You leave there feeling fantastic about how you look. Love them.

Went here for a cut and color after moving back to the area from out of state. Color was uneven and splotchy and the cut was very disconnected in spots.
