Cheapest and place around to get a haircut, but nothing over the top. Sometimes long waits. Would definatly recommend signing in online about an hour or 2 two before you arrive if you dint want to wait for an hour.

Worst experience I’ve had in a while. Rude and unfriendly people. The receptionist was nice.

100% unprofessional. Neither greeted me when I walked into the store. Nor did they tell me my wait time as a walk in. Both could clearly see me dressed in work attire but let numerous "online check ins" ahead of me even with me walking into the store and waiting. I will never use any great clips again in my life.

Check In online and had to wait longer in lobby than was told before waiting and checking in. System said 20 minutes...increased time twice then after checking in saying 5 minutes in person waited another 20 and watched stylist take people at bottom of list instead of going in order ...nothing like feeling second class.
