Wait time was under 10 minutes and cut was perfect and I had no idea what I wanted it to look like. It had been 4 months since my last cut. I told Brenda I had a job Interview and need to look good and she knocked it out of the park!

I stopped in to see if they had time for a cut. 1st time there, the stylist were very nice and upbeat.Kim did an excellent job with my cut. I will go back.

I’ve had good luck with two of the stylists in the past. I’ve been growing my hair out and the stylist today apparently doesn’t know what don’t cut the length off and lift it up and shave under it so it flops over. My hair was very long on top and shaved tight on the sides and back. It turned out bad, so bad I almost had her just give me a high and tight and called it good. I have long hairs sticking out on the sides and back of my head and she used no guard on the clippers so it shouldn’t look that way at all. Also over an inch was taken off the length. I won’t be back. Now I need to find someone local to clean up the leftover mess. Very disappointed.

You get what you pay for. Service varies, but we've gotten some really great haircuts here and some not as good.

Unfortunately some of them shouldn't be holding scissors period. I asked for a 2 inch trim. Hair being down to my butt and to the bottom of rib cage on the front. Almost 6 inches were chopped off. Layering technique is non existent. Dry cut with curly hair. It all took 5 minutes. Didn't comb through knots or curls. Just grabbed chunks and cut. By then it was too late. Stylists crouched to floor versus pumping chair to eye height. I'm in my 30s and this was literally the worst cut of my life. I will have to have it fixed. It's all uneven. I wish I could have my hair and money back!
