Let me preface this by saying I seldom wear makeup so do take what I say with this in mind. The store felt clean but slightly overwhelming due to the sheer amount of product. It also didn't help that there were boxes of unboxed inventory in the aisles. That being said, everything looked well cared for and the staff was helpful and attentive.

I had an amazing experience with Hailey, my hair stylist. She was very informative and very patient with me. She made my hair look just so pretty and professional. I will 100% book again with her even if it is pricey. All and all, all of the workers at Ulta beauty are easy going people. This store is amazing.

This girl Teresa helped me find my foundation shade and she was really nice. I kept bothering her and she was still so friendly and polite. She also helped me find some cleanser and serum for my blackheads. I’m glad I met her because I did not talk to another employee. I’ll definitely come back.

Disaster. Went in to look at Colognes, boxes everywhere on their floor, staff was nowhere to be seen. The cherry on top was I had the WORST headache when i left because their staff had 5-7 of their security alarms going off and beeping and no one was doing anything about it. Worst experience I've had at an Ulta, disaster store and not pleasant to be in.
