Unprofessional staff

Sadly I wanted to say it was a great place . Unfortunately multiple female stylists were flirting with the men. Yes I get it they want tips but come on show some class. They had no clue I was there waiting for my husband. Please be respectful of the married clients .

I checked in today , very easy. I went on time. I was taken in by the very polite Stylist ( Haley B). I had the best experience in haircut for a while . She listens very carefully. She is very delicate in her work . Very professional and kind . Usually I go to first available stylist , I will start choosing her to be my stylist

I checked in early and then went to take care of some errands. When the 15 minute out notification went through, my wife and I went back to the location. After waiting over 30 minutes and being next up for most of it with multiple stylists walking around I left. I understand that you have several things to do. But at least let people know. Instead there was a packed lobby. I need a haircut, but I also have a things to do. The one lady who seemed like she was motivated to cut hair got a kids haircut and an adult MVP done while no one else was getting a haircut. This is not good service.

Becky was 5 stars, and she gave me a great haircut. I took away 1 star only because. Let's face it. Evansville is too large to only have 1 sport clips... I checked in on my app as soon as they opened and was already over an hour wait time. That would merit a second location across town.

You can either schedule online or walk in. The online "check in" is super convenient. You even get to pick out your own stylist. Tamara is freaking amazing. In fact, while watching my Husband get his hair done I looked around the room and every one there was completely professional. Large and clean space. Asked our stylist to recreate a hairstyle he had during our honeymoon and she recreated it perfectly.

First time there! Kaitlyn did an awesome job on my teenage son today. We showed her a pic of what my son wanted and I could see she was communicating with him about it as she was working. He walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! Made me feel heard and pretty darn good to see my son so happy. We will definitely be back to see her!!!

Horribly managed. Don't expect to have you hair cut on the time it is online list. You will wait hours possibly over the scheduled time. I will never go back. Happen the last 5 times going there.
