Walked in to an empty salon with no workers in sight. Waited 30 mins after yelling “hello” 5x to be told rudely the nail salon is upstairs and there’s a sign on the door. The sign was very small and said to use the black door. No mention of upstairs. Extremely rude, quality of services isn’t great. Even if you have a groupon, do not go.

VERY MISLEADING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! My fiancee found a Groupon for this salon that stated in the title for "TWO WOMEN'S CUTS, SHAMPOOS, CONDITIONING TREATMENTS, AND STYLES". He purchased this voucher as a gift for me and my sister to do together. After he made the appointments for 3:35 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. he was told that the voucher was only good for one person. It does not say on the voucher that it cannot be split and clearly states in the title that it is for two not one. The salon is refusing to honor it now. And I cannot express how disappointed and angry we both are since this was meant as a birthday gift which is now ruined thanks to their stupidity. THIS VOUCHER IS A LIE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! And honestly I don't think that they deserve the one star rating but I had to put one up to be able to post my review

Services not great.... They refuse to answer the phone (like everyone says,) which makes doing anything pretty impossible... Why have a phone then?!

Don't waste your time trying to call. They never answer the phone! When I stopped in physically to make an appointment they were booked and didn't offer any alternatives (open early or stay late). Simply - sorry. Doesn't seem like they want to gain business and clearly don't want to overcome the challenges of winning a new customer.
