Extremely friendly and staff from the moment I walked through the door. As a male I am not typically a 'salon' type of guy but after declining quality from my local barber I decided to make a change and this place came highly recommended by more than one person. After making the initial appointment I was a bit curious when they called to get a better idea of what services I was interested in. This was mainly because I was a new client and also for scheduling reasons. I appreciated that as it told me that I wouldn't be rushed in and out. Julie was fantastic! Very knowledgeable. Very personable and friendly. I have a long beard and she was able to quickly clean it up even though I was only there for a haircut.
