I've been to Great Clips several times. I'd been happy with my haircuts. Not this time!! Clearly the lady is used to cutting hair for guys. That is what I received. A man's haircut. It was definitely not what was on my history card. Definitely not the picture I showed her. VERY UNHAPPY.

Place is a joke. Kelly is who cut my hair and I thinks I could have done a better job myself. She was very rude and unprofessional. Never again.

My special needs son was not feeling the haircut today, but as always, Kayla did great with him. Thank you Kayla for rolling with it and giving him a great haircut despite his struggling!

Bad haircuts every time. While they are always nice, they just do such a poor job at actually cutting it. I took my baby there and they completely botched the side around his ear and cut his hairline WAY too high along his neck.

I asked to get my hair trimmed 3 inches and they somehow confused 3 with 6! My hair was up to my ears and my bangs were nothing like the photo what so ever. I even asked if she needed to see the picture again and she said no. CLEARLY SHE NEEDED TO. They should be shut down. A horrible place to go.
