I have come in here many times and was never dissappointed. Price is great. All I recommend that whoever is answering the phone is a little more professional. The woman that answered the phone had a very unprofessional tone to her voice and when I asked what availability you guys had, she told me your guys hours and was no help.

My wife and I will not get our hair done anywhere else. We've gone for years and we are never disappointed. Highly recommend!

4 hours, 150 bucks, and a good cry later I'm Writing this review. I went in with a picture and clear idea of what I wanted. As soon as I sat down it felt like the stylist was out of her depth. The color was supposed to have a darker root look. It ended up all the same blond, even though I was charged for the more intricate look i was supposed to get. The picture I wanted was an edgy dramatically angled bob. I got a mom lob instead. Hardly anything could be referenced back to the lucite and what I wanted. I tried to voice the differences and redirect several times but she seemed lost and in over her head. I settled with trying to get her to atleast make both sides of my head look similar. I just wanted to get out of there bc I knew it was nothing like I asked for. i was dumbstruck when she told me price and couldn't believe the longest cut and color of my life ended this way. She made sure to tell me if I wanted to come back to have anything fixed it would be 10% off. She obviously knew it wasn't what I wanted. So disappointed.
