Stylist RUINED my hair!

I got my hair done by Shane and I can honestly say that he ruined my hair. He was supposed to balayge my hair but instead he bleached my entire head excluding the roots. I told him I wanted a grey-ish brown color(also known as mushroom) and what I left with was an orange-y blonde/brown and almost 3" of damage on my ends. The icing on the cake was that he felt ok to charge me $200. I thought maybe he just used the wrong toner but once I got home & seen the damage I cried. I have text him and he won't respond to even apologize. If he couldn't get my hair the way I wanted he should of been upfront about it and HONEST but instead he chose to fry my hair. I'm sure the other girls in this salon are fine but DO NOT GO TO SHANE. **PICTURE ON RIGHT IS WHAT I ASKED FOR, PICTURE ON LEFT IS WHAT I CAME HOME WITH**

Nice and friendly employees. I usually get my hair cut by Madison; She is the sweetest of them all. If you are new to Madison or not liking your present salon, you need to try Simply Hair Salon; I bet this place will be your next permanent place to get your hair cut.
