The first time I walked into the salon I thought the Golden Girls would be under the dryer, I gave it a shot since I am new to the area and didn't know who to trust my hair with. Jeanie was very nice but sadly has no skills when it comes to the hair of anyone under the age of 80. I went once and was VERY specific about what I wanted and it came out ok. When I went back I again gavewhat I wanted but her friend was in visiting the entire time I sat there and she couldn't multi task. I ended up with a mullet and half the very brassy highlights cut out. I paid almost $80 with tip. got home and washed and blow dryed it to reveal the crazy layers I DIDNT ask for. I went back and spoke to a very rude lady but she offered my money back. I assumed it was a bad day and wanted to give her a chance to fix it, all she could do was dye it back my hair color to try and hide the mullet...She charged me $50 and said she left a message with the price but I NEVER got it. I left shocked and realized I shouldnt have to pay $130 to have my natural hair color but a horrible cut and not to mention all the damage and time waisted. I went back to nicely discuss the situation but she blamed me and wouldnt let up, I had to basically snatch my check out of her hand and even though the owner stood 5 feet away she never looked up to help lighten the situation. DO NOT GO HERE! I am about to get my maternity photos that obviously cant be put on hold and hopefully we can do something to hide the horrible hair cut/color for the photos. Never had such a bad experiance!
