Walk ins are "welcome". Unless they're not. Not a person in a chair that I could see, but was told they were booked for the day. Sunday early afternoon. The young lady was very polite while telling me she couldn't give me a haircut, and I'm don't know the details as to what they had going on, but I'd like to think anyone with walk ins welcome sign outside the door would accept walk in customers.

Totally looked like a 14 dollar hair cut. By far the worst haircut I have ever gotten yet ever even seen. Do not recommend this place.

Nice employees but wasn't anything like the website suggested. Price wasn't bad though if you need a quick cut don't care if it's perfect or not. Will be a one time visit for me.

Kayla, the manager there, gave me the best cut and fade i've ever had! the massage and hot towel treatment was just icing on the cake. Kayla is your girl if you want to be treated like a king.

I came to Des Moines with my wife and kids for a few days for spring break. (Not a tropical paradise, but my wife attended school here and we hadn't been for awhile). I wanted to get my haircut, dropped my kids and wife off at the hotel and went to your facility. While I was there I realized I didn't have the keyless remote for the car AFTER I had shut it off. I went inside got checked in and the lady who cut my hair, Bree, was very nice and after I explained my situation and how I was going to get back to the hotel three miles away and get the key, she offered to give me a ride and then bring me back. Not only did I get a great haircut, but going above and beyond to help a stranger on Good Friday was something that I won't forget. She was kind, and helped someone out in need and I do sincerely appreciate it
