A great place to receive a quality haircut from staff who know what they are doing and will work with you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place looks great and professional. They definitely provide great quality haircuts and are very skilled in what they do. I was helped by Evy and she did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and helped me decide exactly what I wanted to go for as far as my hairstyle. I showed her some pictures of some styles I was thinking about and she helped me narrow them down and choose one. She ended up giving me an awesome haircut and I was completely satisfied when I left. She was very helpful in explaining the upkeep on my new cut as well. I will definitely be coming back. 5/5

I love coming here. It's so relaxing the moment you step in to the moment you leave. When you check in you are offered a complimentary drink. The stylist I go to Alyxx is always so sincere and makes sure her clients are comfortable and satisfied at the end appointment. I also love to get massages here. I go to Natalie she's extremely professional and makes sure throughout the appointment the pressure is right for you. The spa area is so peaceful the lights are dim but bright enough for you to see around you without trouble. The locker room is always clean and has a shower if you need it after your massage.

Beautiful designed but don't be fooled, untalented hairdressers that don't know what they're doing work here. Whatever you do in this place DO NOT go with Alexandra! Owning up to ruining some hair is the first step towards customer service, second is to fix it. I mean she didn't even know how to hold a hairdryer!!! But to pay again to fix the mistake your untalented hairdresser did is beyond stupid. 20K followers on my social media will definitely know about your horrible service. TRUST! Wish I could give this place zero stars. And be thankful it wasn't a girl's hair you destroyed otherwise you'll be hearing it on the news.

I love my experience at Serenity. Whether it is for my hair or massage I relax the minute I hit the door. The service I receive is always friendly and helpful. The results are wonderful. My hair is healthy and looks better than ever and my body can't wait to lay on the table and experience my message. I have also had a pedi and meant a wonderful person while experiencing the best pedi ever a dry one. So good for people that are diabetic. The extra little things they do make you feel so special.

Best spa experience in DSM! The updated spa is amazing and so nice, it takes the stress away as soon as walk through the front door! From great waxing to nails; spectacular facials and soothing massages I would recommend Serenity to everyone in my address book!
