I have been using the Ep true location for haircuts for a long time now (over 10 years), but will definitely not go their any longer. While Staci did a decent job on my hair, I was letting her know areas that I wanted trimmed better, and she did what I asked. But since it took a while to get done, the manager (forgot her name, but has colored red hair) kept giving me an evil stair down, sometimes laughing behind my back (caught her doing this with Staci a couple of times), which was VERY demeaning!! I guess she thought that I was taking up too much time, since their were people waiting in the front area. This was the first time I had felt VERY uncomfortable, and will not go back their again!! Sport clips will be the next place I visit. VERY rude treatment (but I still left Staci a $5 tip).
