I had a great experience today. Tabitha did my hair, exactly what I wanted, she cut almost 9 inches away, reduce volume drastically and got me the style I was looking for. Good service, unbeatable price. Definitely recommended. Make sure you check-in ahead of time (can be done online) vs. just walking-in if you want to avoid wait times.

I came in completely knotted and thinking it would have to be shaved. They saved my hair and the length. They did what i didnt think was possible

I was in last Saturday and had a cut. I noticed later that there were a few spots that had been missed, and my ears were a little uneven. I went back in and got everything fixed with sincere apologies. I expect a mistake once in a while, so I don't fault them that it didn't turn out perfect the first time. The fact that they took care of it and I ended up with a great looking cut when I came in with an issue tells me all I need to know: this is a place where people want you to be happy with how you look, and will work hard to make sure it happens. I couldn't be more satisfied!
