We have gone to this Cost Cutters for a year and they always mess up my family’s hair. We always tell them how much we want cut off and where and they just cut what they want which is everywhere. Now my brother has a cut from one of the stylists scissors and my mother’s hair is way too short. My hair makes me look like a Beatles member and they are also very rough with my father. So much for hope for this place. I’m going to sports clips from now on.

Disappointed when I went in for a highlight and was told I needed an appointment. Even though it was 2 hours until they closed and no one was in the store they couldn’t do an appointment then. Is this because they are paid regardless of having customers?
