Stood in line for over 10 minutes and finally got to the front of the line and was told I cannot have a haircut. Not worth my time most likely not going there again.

The web site and everything says they are open til 5 on Sunday get there a little before 4 and the marker in on the door they close at 3 nice.

This was last summer 2016. I asked for my hair to be cut using #3 sheer, going short at the neck and then taper out at the top leaving about 1.5 inches on top. The girl acknowledged what I wanted. But, she instead cut my hair the same length all over using the #3 sheer. She asked "how's that?" I said "short, I won't have to worry about the summer heat". I didn't feel bad about not tipping her.

This is the one I go to. I like the whole staff. Timely and good at what they are doing. I get both cuts and coloring. A plus it the deals they'll have on products.
