I’m a 25 year customer to this same location and the last two out of three haircuts have been messed up. My haircut is a 2 and 5 clipper cut. Not that hard right? I’m in and out of the chair in under 10 minutes and always leave a $5.00 tip! You would think there would be notes in the computer about and my experiences and maybe someone might comp a haircut but no. So today I had to make another trip back in due to a poor haircut (a few minutes before closing and a full lobby of customers) I get I’m sorry we are actually closed and are not taking anymore cuts! I proceeded to explain I was in earlier and needed my haircut fixed. With ATTITUDE and an EYE ROLL I get a response “ Well I guess just take a seat and we will get to you then. NO, Oh I’m really sorry about this and you’ll be the next one in the chair! Sorry but I’m not waiting again or ever again there!

For the lady who got mad and kicked the door open when you left just an fwi you can't get mad at your stylist because she cant read your mind. You say thank you for your time and leave respectfully. Btw My haircut was AMAZING. Bought some oil for my hair and my hair feels like silk. Very friendly staff. Finally someone who listens to my needs.

Staff argument over having to work the holiday weekend left me with a choppy disaster of a cut just in time for family pictures. Stylist took her anger out on my head. I should have walked out, but on Friday night, after so much was cut off the back, had to sit and hope the rest was able to be blended nicely. Nope. So unprofessional. The tension in the air was thick. The yelling and door slamming. The passive aggressive comments. Will never go back. I've emailed the company as well with pictures. I would say this was just a bad night for them, but it wasn't. I've been there a few times over the last 2 years, always thinking I'll give them another shot. Not once have I had a good hair cut here, though never such an angry one! My own fault for having faith In humanity. When i got home my young daughter told me i looked ugly, and my husband laughed at it and said it looked awful. Can't wait to look at family pics years from now and be saddened by the look of this hideous hack job. (That's sarcasm, friends.) ***edit*** I emailed with a complaint and did receive apology email from the business owner and an offer to fix the cut. I already got it fixed else where, but at least the business owner seems to be on top of things. I appreciate that.
