I called in to make an appointment. I work Monday through Friday (like many people) so I needed an evening or weekend appointment. When Beth returned my phone call, she said she only works until 7 so I have to start my appointment by 6pm. That's fine, I just asked her what day she has available for that so I can make sure I leave work a little early. She then said she books out way in advance for evening appointments. I said no problem, I'm not in a hurry. She said it would probably be April? I said sure, what day in April. Then she said, "well actually I don't like to book out that far because people forget their appointments". I said, ok, so when can I book the appointment? She would not give me a time or date to book, I asked if she actually wanted me as a customer and if not, why did she sign up for Groupon? I do not see any date or time restrictions on the Groupon, this was given as a gift and I'm extremely disappointed with the interaction. I would never want to receive service from her even if she called back and had an evening appointment available at this point. So rude. I have been in the salon industry for many years, we work nights and weekends when other people are off of work because that's how we keep clients and make money.
