I have nothing negative to say about the salon. If you do go there, I don’t recommend getting a haircut from a man named Kelly. Although he seemed to be friendly and accommodating at first, he turned out to be quite passive-aggressive. After several cuts, he told me he did not agree with the way I wanted my hair styled, although my style is very simple and consistent (btw, I don’t consider myself a picky customer). At times, he appeared frustrated. The last time I called to schedule my appointment, he didn’t answer for a week. When I asked him again, he answered by declining to cut my hair, stating that his methods do not line up with my needs ☺. It appears that his ego was more important than giving me the cut and style that I wanted for myself. Unable to communicate with me, he gave me no warnings whatsoever that this was coming. I consider his behavior unprofessional and I am glad I took my business elsewhere. When I shared this with the owner of the salon, she handled me professionally and offered her help.
