Brand new customer of Attitudes. My stylist/colorist is Bre. I met her weeks ago when she came into my store while i was working and really enjoyed her friendly, kind demeanor. I had been looking for a salon home since I moved into town less than a year ago, but didn't want to pay an exuberant amount for underwhelming results (I won't name names, but if you have played high end salon musical chairs you catch my drift).
Bre certainly had her work cut out for her. My signature color and style is difficult for newer cosmetologists who don't have a lot of heavy experience creating a healthy platinum blonde. I figured it would be excellent practice for her.
While my desired result took two visits, Bre never gave up on trying to get it right. I admire her courage, her proactiveness in researching for a better and more skillful way to do things when we didn't quite get there the first session, and the 100% open communication she holds with me via cell phone if I have ANY questions or concerns.
The ONLY complaint I have with Attitudes is that they lack any sort of cold beverage to offer their customers. Bottled water, soda, whatever. It's not a huge deal, but it would have been lovely to sip on something other than a pot of coffee. I don't see this as being an over the line accomodation.
I would also like to give another stylist a review, Bradley. Bradley cut my teenage son's hair a few days ago and did an EXCELLENT job. Took him as a walk in without making us wait very long. Very pleased. We will patronize his services again in the near future, as my son adores his cut.
In closing, I will continue to see Bre for all my color/style/cut/waxing needs. She has earned my business.
