I was just in the SportClips on Fleur. I had my hair cut by the hairdresser Kelsey, she was a younger blonde and I am sorry but she was so rude to me. She greeted me with a handshake and no verbal greeting until she told me where to sit. Once seated she left me and went to the back for a couple minutes then when she walked back over she asked â€œso what do you wantâ€ and when I explained what I wanted she rolled her eyes over it and started. The first thing I said when she asked what I wanted was I wanted my back and sides shaved to a 3. She clipped the guard onto the clippers and the first streak up the side of my head took a bunch of hair off and realized I could see my scalp and it turns out she used a 1 guard. I stopped her but what was she supposed to do now that its shaved. I went through with the 1 with no choice hoping it would turn out but it didnt. Once she was done she started on the top. I had 5 inches of hair and asked her to take it down to 3 and instead of that she ended up only taking off half an inch and texturizing it. It looked the same. I had to ask her three more times to take more off until it got down to 3 inches. Once I was done she didnt clean up my side burns or my ears and I had to ask her to do it. She then proceeded to hit the back of my neck with a towel to get the hair off and then she hit my face to get the hair off. She did not talk to me at all throughout the haircut. I ended up having to have another stylist come redo what she had done to make the best out of this horrible situation and I still am upset with the turnout. Overall this sportclips usually does so well and I have never had any problems like this before but when I was done I was livid. I paid and left. I havent been this upset about a haircut ever.

Update: Had a real nice cut a couple weeks ago. Really great service. A nice break from a busy day. Great cuts and nice stylists. I really enjoy my hair cuts here.

Waited an hour+ & got skipped for someone who came in 30 minutes after me, so I couldnâ€™t even get a hair cut. Way understaffed, all empty chairs & only 2 people working...wonâ€™t be back!
