The first time I went to Supercuts it was a great experience. Today,10/28 I went there again and the girl unfortunately did everything wrong,she cut my hair too much and I don’t have idea of what she was thinking about because I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair and definitely it’s not what she did,not even close. She shaved one spot for no reason and then in the other side she didn’t so now my hair is completely different from one side to the other. I really don’t know what she was thinking about but probably I won’t go there again.

I asked for change. Layers and or frame. Told her I didn’t care what she did but I wanted something different and to cut off all the dead hair. She took off three inches. No layers. And then rushed me out the door... I was looking forward to change. To something different. To layers and frame. I look no different than I did 15 minutes ago, except I’m $20 poorer. Did not even do a wash or anything....

The salon girls are very rude, when I was there before. I made an a appointment a week prior to have my hair done for a wedding, which i clearly expressed that to them. When I got there I waiting 45 minutes to be seen. Anyone who walked in before me was seen first. I made an appt so I could be seen right away. Why make appt if you still have to wait to be seen!! Or just tell me it's first come first serve. 😠 Horriable customer services!
