This is the only place I will ever get my hair done. The ladies are always amazing and they always do a wonderful job I walk out of the shop looking and feeling like a million dollars. I would and do recommend her shop to anyone who ask (even those who don't). She has always been kind honest and upfront with any questions I have had. ☺

I was exploring the salon and read the reviews as I usually do and honestly I am APPALLED at the responses from the OWNER themselves. If you have an experience with a business, negative or positive you should be encouraged to post about it as that is the point of Reviews. But as I was reading through these Reviews I was also reading the REPLIES to the comments from the Owner of the business and just by their replies alone I will NEVER use this business. Read for yourself. The Owner replies to multiple comments and none of them are polite in the least bit. Customer Service is part of owning a business. If you cannot handle upset clients under pressure than do not have a business. Don't take my word for it, read the replies from the Owner themselves. They're here to be read after all. 9.8.17} Happened to come across this after I had left my review and found it "interesting". Personally I don't think it's ethical to offer discounts for positive reviews. But everyone has a right to their opinion.

If they do a horrible job on a client's hair they have no remorse for it. I got my hair totally butchered, I went home after the appointment, wanted to look it over in my mirror that is well lighted to truly soak in the damage that was done and got roasted for a negative review on her Facebook page for sub par service with no refund, I spent $115 to be humiliated by these people and to have to go spend another $65 for someone else to fix their mistakes. It's super upsetting as someone who was once a loyal customer to know that my loyalty was never valued whatsoever. Don't go to this salon, their customer service skills are awful.
