I'm starting to think new stylists come out of school knowing how to do one style only - the stacked up the back short cut with long sides. Even when shown a picture and lengths of desired hair style is discussed, it doesn't happen. I ended up with some morphed version of nothing I wanted. Very disappointed. Too short to even modify into a decent cut. If the stylist doesn't know how to do a cut, they should be honest and refer the client to a more experienced stylist. The manager assured me all stylists could do the cut. No.

I stopped in with no appointment, hoping someone could help me. Friendy Danya got me right in. She was great at listening to what I wanted, and explained what she was doing the whole time. The salon was neat and clean. I love my new hairstyle and will definitely go back.

I have been there before and have never had any problems I go to Teri or Diana usually and have had Whitney do my hair before but this time I wanted to get it colored and Diana was leaving so okay fine that left Whitney to do my hair fine well let's just say after two and a half hours and lots of trail and error my hair came out orange instead of blonde now being a cosmologist myself I know this is not how it should of turned out being most of my hair was natural and only had bleach no other color on it. And she had the balls to ask me did you have red in it umm nope my hair was a natural 5n

I am almost 50 years old and have had my hair cut many time, by many different people. This was the first time I almost cried after a cut and could do absolutely nothing after my hair cut. I showed three different stylists and all were shocked at how bad it was. I also got highlights and went from brunette to blonde, which was a bit too much for me. I considered going back to have them fix it, but I've decided I will not be going back to this salon for anything. Worse experience ever.
