I always come to this salon for my haircut. I go to Sam everytime and she does an amazing job on my hair. I've never left the salon unhappy about my hair.

Went in to get my eyebrows waxed. Wax was so hot that the stylist tore off skin along with hair. Will not be going back.

I went to get light blonde with low lights. They charged me $150 and it turned out horrible. I ended up redying it that same night.

I came into the mall yesterday wanting to get my hair cut at Regis. I walked by the shop to see if they were busy and the young lady sitting at the reception desk had the most foul look on her face I have ever seen! I turned right back around and went to the JCP Salon, so glad I did! No matter what kind of day your having, keep it off your face. You lost one customer, I wonder how many others have done the same?

This salon should only be used by straight haired white girls looking to get their hair done for prom. When I called ahead I warned them I have very thick hair and they assured me they are used to clients having thick hair. They were not. Halfway through my dye job they ran out of the color and mixed another. In the end half my hair was black and the other half was burnt sienna. I've seen some very lovely hairstyles come out of that salon but I guess you just need to be their type.
