The quality of the highlights I received here were akin to a child box dying my hair. They were patchy and Crayola yellow. She did not even attempt the haircut I asked for which was a long-hair angled haircut. I showed her but instead did her own version of a short bob. My husband remarked it looked uneven in the back and when I got it corrected today the new hairstylist pointed out that it was uneven. The ENTIRE point of this haircut was to preserve my length which she COMPLETELY ruined. It will be until the end of Fall/Winter until my hair reaches the length it was at!! I paid too much money to look this cheap!! Disgusted! I want my money and wasted time back!!
