First time getting my hair cut there, and I made the mistake of asking for it shorter that I really wanted. They insisted on discounting it for me, and despite it being shorter than I really like, it still looks pretty good.

Went in 3 days ago. Had 2 people cut my hair because the First Lady did not cut it right then another lady working tired to fix it. All I wanted was a long angled bob and it was layered and weird. I told them I would go home and style it and see how it looked but that only made it worse so I went back the next day and had the manager cut it. She did no better. There is no angle to this bob it is all one length with layers and the one thing I asked was that they keep it long enough to pull up. And now I can’t. Worst experience ever.
