Went there this morning shortly after they opened. A lady by the name "Gen" waxed my eyebrows and cut/washed my curly hair. It was quick and very relaxing! She added some layers to my hair and trimmed it up to provide me less of a triangular shaped hairstyle (Curly haired QT's know the struggle) I absolutely love it! She did such a great job it's not too short and it is exactly the kind of volume and shape I was wanting. I purchased the Tea Tree Leave-In conditioner after my cut/wax, I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice natural moisturized style. It does my curls justice. Edit: Date of visit 21 AUG 17

Generally okay service. I've gone a few times for different services, cuts, styles, color. The girl that did my color was very meek, and what i know now, to definitely not be confident in her skills. I had asked for foil highlights and she's definitely let it process to long and my hair turned bright yellow. She fixed it, other than the fact that she used way to much hair in quite a few of the foils to begin with, to where it was almost an "all over" bleaching. After all was done I had to brush my own hair after the wash and tell her what type of product to use. And then she not only charged my for the highlights but for the color she had to use to fix her mess up! As well as for the styling, that I mostly had to do myself! I can't fault the test of the girls for the one bad seed, as the rest of my experiences have been "okay"

I went today. I had a nice golden brown at my ends that i wanted my all to look like. I did mention it at the begining. I was sat down and had my hair bleached she brought over a hair color satch book, told me to choose. I thought i chose the color closest to the one i originaly had at my ends. I also asked if the color i chose was going to give off a red tint, amanda said no. I got my hair colored, washed and dryed. The color was so red. She had a two males waiting to get a haircut. I paid $160 for this, for my hair to end up the same with a red tint, that i didn't want and the beautiful golden brown i had was gone. I thought i made a good choice going there but i was wrong. She was nice, worked on my hair and another girls at the same time, fast. I called back to see if there is anything they can do about it. They want to charge me the same price to fix it. I'll stick to box dyes, because it has been a disappointment for the amount of money
