the staff here are very sweet and seem to know what they're doing. he only complaint I have was that they always have a long wait time. I've tried using they're online check-in to check in early, but when I arrived I had to wait an additional 30 mins (even though I checked in and the wait time said it was 5 minutes) and they called other names ahead of mine despite my name being at the top of the monitor. I still love their team and they do a great job on my hair!

Went in with no idea of what I wanted to get but upon leaving had a perfect cut thanks to Rachelle! Highly recommend this place.

With an arm in a sling I can't do my own hair. And because we were traveling I couldn't use my regular high end stylist. Great Clips was close by, how how badly can someone mess up a wash and flat iron? I should have asked, how could TABIA, the stylist that I got, be that GOOD? My hair looked fabulous when I left, shiny, soft, smooth, and not a frizz in sight. And it lasted for days. All at a very reasonable price. I'll go back there!
