PUBLIC NOTICE!!! Do not go to Tippy Toes Nail Salon in JC!! The owners name is Kim and she's the one that did my services. I went there 8/26 and had a 12 pm appt. I wasn't seen until 12:30. I was scheduled for dipped nails and I pedicure. It took her 3 hours to do my services. I was there in her salon for 3.5 hours!! My nails and feet look horrible!! Due to my dissatisfaction, I reached out to her today. I have enclosed our text conversation and my proof of how poorly my nails were done. She won't refund my money and she took it upon herself to tip herself 20%!!! (Everything is done online. You have to put 1/2 down when you book and so I guess they keep your credit card info BC she charged everything after I left the salon and I received an email.) Also we were the only ones in the salon the entire time of my services. Not a soul in sight so I guess she needed that $60 more than me with that empty salon!!!

I made a last minute appointment on Tuesday for a fill and a pedicure. This is probably the cleanest facility i have ever seen. They have disposable liners for the foot spa. I got a new buffing square, they use disposable ones for each client. For my fill she only used a drill at the very end. my tech gave me all types of insight on nail care. The atmosphere is very spa like without the crazy prices.

Great atmosphere to relax and get my feet done. It was quiet and the staff are knowledgeable and take their time to do it rignt. Great place for a massage too. Massage and pedicure had good prices and great customer service. Making an online appointment is easy too.
