I really hate to leave this review but I feel it's the only way a business can learn from feedback. My 4y/o son had a haircut today and I cannot remember the woman's name, but it was unfortunately one of the worst hair cuts he has ever had. Although my opinion may be relative, I have given him better hair cuts than this. He was very cooperative and well behaved. I'm extremely disappointed because I will now have to fix his hair, before Thanksgiving and family Christmas photos next week. To top it off, we paid $25 for a child's haircut and I had to ask her to clean off the excess hair on him -- no hair wash or anything. We also needed to leave in a timely manner so there is no way it could have been fixed at our appointment. I did not want to cause a scene in the salon, so I have taken my feelings and thoughts here.

I recently starting using Moxy and I'm very impressed. I've had two different ladies cut my hair and they both did a fantastic job. I will be back again and again.
